The antenatal preparation service helps you feel informed, prepared, and confident ahead of your baby’s arrival.

Together we will create or review your birth plan, discuss pain relief options, and answer any questions you have about this important milestone.

I also offer early breastfeeding and bottle-feeding guidance, including what to expect in the first days after birth, feeding preparation, and support with colostrum harvesting.

Breastfeeding & Lactation Support

The breastfeeding and lactation support service offers expert, personalised and compassionate guidance to help you feel confident and comfortable feeding your baby.

Support includes assistance with positioning and latching, establishing feeding routines, nipple care, and assessing milk supply.

Where appropriate, I can also signpost you for further medical assessment or specialist support.

Post Natal Midwifery Support

The postnatal support service offers personalised, compassionate care to help you recover confidently after birth.

Including comprehensive postnatal and wellbeing checks, as well as advanced midwifery care such as wound assessment and recovery advice, I provide expert support tailored to your needs.

I also offer practical guidance with breastfeeding or bottle feeding, helping you feel reassured and supported as you adjust to life with your new baby.

Post Natal Doula

The postnatal doula service provides nurturing, hands-on support during the early days of parenthood.

Whether you are recovering from birth or a caesarean section, adjusting while your partner returns to work, or simply needing an extra pair of hands, I am here to help.

Support can include caring for your baby while you rest or shower, preparing light meals and drinks, assisting with feeding routines and nappy changes, and offering emotional reassurance and encouragement throughout your postnatal journey.

Pricing:

£70 /hr


Brit Milah (Circumcision) Support

The Brit Milah support service is designed to provide practical and emotional care for families during this special occasion.

I can attend the Brit ceremony to offer reassurance and support, and provide an extra pair of hands when needed.

Care can include assisting with nappy and dressing changes, especially with the all-important wound aftercare; looking after your baby so you are able to fully enjoy the occasion with family and friends; and offering calm, compassionate emotional support during the immediate recovery period.
